You don’t have to see the whole path to trust your next step.
An intimate retreat in Flagstaff, Arizona, created especially for mamas of transgender and nonbinary children, and the people who love and support them.
A few days to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and be surrounded by people who understand.
Together, we’ll create space to feel seen, supported, and grounded in who we are, what matters most, and the next steps we’re ready to take.
November 2026 | Flagstaff, Arizona | Limited spaces available
Maybe relationships that once felt easy have become complicated.
Maybe your family is navigating differences in beliefs, values, or understanding.
Maybe you’ve found yourself choosing your words carefully, wondering when to speak up, when to stay quiet, or how to maintain relationships with people you love.
Maybe you’ve lost connections you never imagined losing.
And somewhere in the middle of loving your children, supporting your family, and navigating everyone else’s feelings, you’ve started to feel a little disconnected from yourself.
From your own needs.
Your gifts.
Your purpose.
The things that make you feel most like YOU.
What if you had a few days where you didn’t have to carry all of that alone?
A few days where you could simply show up as you are, without needing to explain, defend, or have everything figured out.
That’s the kind of space I want to create.
There’s an energy that happens when compassionate people come together to witness, encourage, and support one another.
When you can share what’s on your heart without worrying about how it will be received.
When someone else says, “I understand,” and you realize you’re not the only one navigating these experiences.
And when you’re surrounded by people who see your strengths, sometimes before you can see them yourself.
I believe that kind of connection can help us remember who we are.
It can help us reconnect with the gifts and talents we’ve always had, the things that matter most to us, and the possibilities we may have stopped imagining for ourselves.
This retreat isn’t about someone telling you what your life should look like.
It’s about creating space for you to discover what feels right for YOUR life.
And beginning to trust yourself enough to take the next step.
For many families, the holidays bring up a lot.
There may be gatherings with people who don’t fully understand or accept your child.
Relationships that feel different than they once did.
Conversations you’re dreading.
Boundaries you’re still learning how to navigate.
Or grief over what you hoped certain relationships would look like.
As we approach this season, I keep thinking about how meaningful it could be to gather before stepping into all of that.
To spend a few days reconnecting with yourself.
To remember what matters most.
To feel supported in the choices you’re making.
Not because we can control how other people think, feel, or behave.
But because we can learn to trust ourselves in how we choose to respond.
Imagine heading into the holidays feeling a little more connected to your own voice, your values, and the person you want to be.
That’s something I’d love for you to take home.
Meaningful connection
Spend time with a small, intentionally gathered group of people who understand the complexities of loving, growing, and navigating life when the world around you doesn’t always feel welcoming.
Sound healing and reflection
Experience restorative sound baths, guided reflection, and moments of stillness designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what wants to emerge.
Time in nature
Breathe in the fresh mountain air, walk among the pines, and experience the beauty of northern Arizona. There may also be an opportunity for a group excursion to one of the remarkable natural places nearby.
Space to simply be
Rest. Journal. Wander. Sit quietly with a cup of tea. Disconnect from your devices if you choose. There will be invitations to experience silence and stillness, but nothing will be forced.
Enjoy shared meals, thoughtful touches, and a welcoming home where you can settle in and allow yourself to receive care instead of always being the one providing it.
Imagine waking up surrounded by pine trees.
Enjoying a warm cup of coffee while looking out at the forest.
Sharing meals and meaningful conversations around the table.
Spending time outside, breathing in the mountain air, and watching the sky change colors as the sun begins to set.
And ending the evening together with a sound bath before settling in for a peaceful night.
Our home sits on approximately 2.5 acres outside Flagstaff, offering a beautiful setting to slow down and reconnect.
This first retreat will be intentionally small, creating space for meaningful connection and personal attention.
We’ll be sharing a home together, with communal gathering areas, shared bathrooms, and a variety of sleeping arrangements.
Some accommodations may be shared with a friend, sister, or another supportive person you choose to bring.
We’ll discuss the available room options individually so you know exactly what to expect before making a commitment.
This isn’t a big, crowded retreat.
It’s a small gathering where I hope you’ll feel welcomed, cared for, and free to be yourself.
While I’m leaving room for the experience to unfold naturally, here’s a glimpse of what I’m imagining.
DAY
Arrive at our home in Flagstaff, get comfortable, and begin connecting with the people who will be sharing this experience.
We’ll gather for a meal, spend time getting to know one another, and begin exploring our intentions for the days ahead.
We’ll close our first evening with a sound bath.
DAY
A day devoted to meaningful conversations, reflection, and reconnecting with what matters most.
We’ll explore the things we’ve been carrying, the parts of ourselves we want to reconnect with, and what we may be ready to approach differently.
There will also be time to rest, journal, walk, and simply enjoy being away from your everyday responsibilities.
We’ll gather again for an evening sound bath.
DAY
A day to explore what feels possible for you.
We may spend time together enjoying the natural beauty around Flagstaff, or you may choose to enjoy some quiet personal reflection.
We’ll continue exploring what we’re learning about ourselves and what our next meaningful steps might look like.
We’ll close our final full evening together with another sound bath.
DAY
We’ll gather one last time to reflect on our experience, share what we’re taking with us, and begin thinking about how we want to carry those insights into everyday life.
Then we’ll say goodbye for now, knowing our connection doesn’t have to end here.
One of the things that matters most to me is that this experience doesn’t simply end when we leave Flagstaff.
It’s one thing to feel connected, supported, and inspired while we’re together.
It’s another to bring that feeling into everyday life, where the responsibilities, relationships, and challenges are still waiting for us.
That’s why I’m planning to include follow-up group integration calls after the retreat.
We’ll have opportunities to reconnect, share how things are going, talk about the steps we’re taking, and continue supporting one another.
Because you don’t have to figure out what comes next on your own.
